Initial weigh-ins. Step on the scale, set your baseline, and lock in your starting point.

Welcome meeting at 10:30am. Meet your coaches, your crew, and learn what the next 6 weeks demand.

Apr 13
Day one. The 6 Week Transformation officially begins. No turning back.

May 2
Midpoint weigh-in from 8–11am. Check your progress and recalibrate for the final push.

May 22 – 23
Final weigh-ins and celebration. Awards ceremony and lunch on Saturday at 11am.
